The United Nations Women’s Guild, in close collaboration with diplomatic missions in Geneva and the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), is once again organizing its annual International Bazaar event. This year, the event will take place on Tuesday, November 14th, at the Palais des Nations.
Event Details:
UNWG’s International Bazaar embodies the spirit of multilateralism and cooperation of the United Nations. The proceeds from this annual event are dedicated to funding projects in support of disadvantaged children worldwide. It serves as an exceptional platform that brings together different nationalities in a spirit of camaraderie, showcasing colorful diversity, cultural traditions, and culinary delights, all while raising funds for charitable purposes.
This year, nearly 70 countries will participate. The theme of this year’s Bazaar is “United for Children, Clean Environment.” In line with this theme, the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, a country where biking is a way of life, generously donated two electric SWAY bicycles for the Bazaar.
